There are a few other secrets we use to help sell your home in a tough market (Ask us!). We are strictly listing agents. Which means we work for you "the homeowner". We stay with you and your house until it sells. We do not work with any buyers who are not interested in the homes we represent. Our reasoning for this is that it is impossible for good, successful agents to carry a large inventory of homes and service them while driving around customers to other listings at the same time. We stick to what we do best. We list your home and sell your home.
